Common standards (300DPI): 1-inch is 295×413px, small 2-inch 413×531px, 2-inch 413×579px. Printing goes by centimeters (1-inch is 2.5×3.5cm) while online registration goes by pixels. Pick a preset or enter custom values.
White is common for visas, some IDs and printing; blue for student cards, résumés and some professional qualifications; red for government, honors and some certificates. Follow your institution's requirement, and switch with live preview.
They vary — e.g. some exams require 480×640px, a blue or white background and 20-200KB. Always follow that year's official notice; the tool supports custom pixels and colors and can compress the result to a target KB for upload limits.
